TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"The regulations herein are applicable for the Global Scholars Olympiad, encompassing all its events and activities collectively referred to as the 'Olympiad' or 'competition' and for the participants.

1. The Primary registration fee Bangladesh Participants: $3 USD (375 BDT) and International Participants: $10 USD for the Olympiad is non-refundable. Primary registration confirms your seat and access to study materials, sample questions.
2. Grand Finale Registration (For Qualified Finalists Only) Bangladesh Finalists: $17 USD (2000 BDT for 1 Subject, Additional Subject Fee will be 300 per Subject), International Finalists: $50 USD, Covers participation in the in-person final round, T-shirt, Certificates, awards, event kit, Snacks and lunch. Final Registration should be completed by 08 January 2026.
3. By entering the competition, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
4. You are providing your information to Global Scholars Olympiad for your participation and authorizing us to use the same. Information provided by you will be used to keep you informed about the updates.
5. To enter the Competition there are Age Requirements. Your age will be calculated from the date you register. (Example: Your Date of Birth 01/01/2013 and You Register at 23/10/2023, Your Age Will be 10 years 9 months 22 days that’s means your category is (10-12) Years. Note: If Needed we can Ask Birth Certificate for Verify Your Age.
6. If a participant as a competition candidate fails to meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that participant will not be eligible for winning and will not receive a prize under any circumstances or category.
7. Any attempt to engage in disrespect or violations against any person will result in immediate termination of the participation.
8. If anyone breaches any rules, he or she shall be terminated or other appropriate actions be taken by the authorities.
9. Global Scholars Olympiad shall not be held responsible for any issues caused by competitors or other individuals or 3rd parties.
10. Our decisions regarding all matters related to the competition shall be deemed final.
11. Global Scholars Olympiad may capture photos or videos during the event, and by participating, you consent to the use and reproduction of these media in digital and/or print formats for promotional and publicity purposes.
12. Events organized or conducted by our partners, schools, communities, or other third parties collaborating with us are expected to adhere to a fair and equitable standard. This entails strict compliance with all the standardized guidelines provided by us to organizers. If you have evidence that a qualifying event was not conducted appropriately, please report it to us through the Space Innovation Camp Official Page/Website.
13. If a participant has any query about the process or content, organizers are obligated to respond solely by providing documentation about the Global Scholars Olympiad format. They must refrain from assisting participants in answering the problem statements.
14. Entrants consent to release, indemnify, and absolve Global Scholars Olympiad and its Global Scholars Olympiad Team, including officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liabilities, damages, and causes of action arising in connection with the Olympiad.
15. During the event, it is strictly prohibited for participants to engage in any communication with individuals outside of their team, except for the purpose of seeking clarification from the organizers.
16. If there is suspicion of cheating (with evidence), please contact the Global Scholars Olympiad official page or email us at info@spacecampbd.com We will conduct an investigation into the case and subsequently take appropriate action.
17. The Global Scholars Olympiad Team reserves the right to make decisions, including modifying exam schedules and syllabus timings, without providing prior notice.
18. Please be aware that all elements of the competition, such as the venue, format, timing, rewards, prizes, and other related aspects, are subject to change without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
19. To be eligible for any medal (Gold/Silver/Bronze), a participant must score at least 60%. Medals are awarded for each age category and subject based on the highest scores. A maximum of three (3) medals may be awarded per category: Gold, Silver, Bronze, subject to participant eligibility. Participants scoring below 60% are not eligible for medals and will receive a Participation Certificate only. • Bronze → Third highest scorer

20. We retain the right to cancel or modify the competition and its associated terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of a catastrophe, political issues, war, civil or military disturbances, acts of God, or any actual or anticipated breaches of applicable laws or regulations, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Any alterations to the competition will be promptly communicated to participants by the organizers.
21. The competition and the associated terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh

False Information & Date of Birth Verification

Participants are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Any participant found to have submitted false, misleading, or incorrect information—including an incorrect or falsified date of birth—will be immediately disqualified from the 2nd Global Scholarship Olympiad. The organizer reserves the right to request and verify official documents, such as a Birth Certificate, Passport, National ID (where applicable), or School ID, at any stage of the competition. No refund or compensation will be provided in the event of disqualification due to false information.
